Qualifications
My fascination for human behaviour found it’s springboard at age 18 when I studied Psychology. Later, I supplemented my degree with a Diploma in Business Administration and entered the world of commerce as an investigative researcher in the City of London. After leaving the city to start a family I returned to university to pursue a Post Grad in Early Childhood Education and more recently completed a Certificate in Workplace Training and Assessment from the Australian Institute of Business Management. I graduated as a Professional Certified Coach from the International Coaching Academy in 2006 and am an associate member of the International Coaching Federation. Professional ExperienceI have worked in commercial research, business development, account management, purchasing and teaching. Industry experience has been gained in IT, Retail, Manufacturing, Financial Services, Market Research, Education, and Government sectors. In each of my roles I have used my capacity to motivate and inspire to drive endeavors towards success. Coaching therefore represents both a starting point and a culmination of my skills and talents. Life ExperienceI was born and raised in London and emigrated to Australia in 1993. I have travelled widely and now live in Sydney with my husband of 23 years, our two teenage children and our two dogs. For physical and mental wellbeing I practice yoga and meditation, enjoy walking my dogs and am a member of Toastmasters International. Throughout my life, music has provided my strongest inspiration. Having conquered post natal depression, overcome the challenges of diabetes, dealt with family disabilities and traumas, I bring a wealth of personal experience and insight to my coaching practice.
